The Ouzoud Falls — 110 metres of tiered cascades about 150 km from Marrakech — are Morocco’s most famous waterfalls and a classic day trip. Small boats ferry visitors close to the spray, Barbary macaques work the olive groves above, and viewpoints and riverside paths reward a full afternoon. Visit in spring for maximum flow, or summer for the pools below. Combine with Azilal for a longer Atlas loop.
