Akchour & God's Bridge
Wild gorges, turquoise pools, and a natural stone bridge near Chefchaouen.
Akchour is Chefchaouen’s wild counterpart — a hidden valley of turquoise-green rivers, deep gorges, and the natural limestone arch called God’s Bridge. Two spectacular hikes lead to small and large waterfalls through cedar and holm-oak forests, with river pools for swimming in summer. The trailheads need half a day minimum; local guides add safety and knowledge. Often combined with a Chefchaouen visit as a mountain-and-blue-city pairing.
