Fes is home to Al-Qarawiyyin, one of the world’s oldest continuously operating centres of learning. Aït Ben Haddou shows how earthen architecture answered climate, defence and trade. Marrakech reads as a lesson in public space, from the Koutoubia to the squares and souks around it. The High Atlas connects climate, agriculture, water and mountain communities in a single afternoon. And the Sahara explains human adaptation better than any slide.

A university or group leader should not have to coordinate every local detail from another country. Morocco Grand Adventure can bring the Moroccan side of the programme together so the coordinator can focus on people, objectives and the experience itself.

Student Tours are designed for organised groups of 15 or more participants. One coordinator — a professor, faculty member, student leader or university administrator — can organise the Moroccan programme on behalf of everyone, so students do not each book separately. Groups of up to approximately 300 participants can be considered with advance planning and coordinated logistics; larger groups need more lead time for transport, accommodation, guides and scheduling, and availability is always confirmed before anything is promised.

Yes. A single coordinator — professor, faculty member, student leader or university administrator — can organise the Moroccan programme on behalf of the group. Students do not need to make separate individual bookings.
Groups of up to approximately 300 participants can be considered with advance planning and coordinated logistics. A group that size is not handled the same way as a group of 15: transport, accommodation, guides, activities and scheduling all need considerably more lead time, and we confirm availability before anything is promised.

Yes. We are based in Merzouga and can arrange desert camps near Erg Chebbi as well as hotels and riads along the route.
Yes. A route linking Marrakech, the Sahara and Fes normally needs around seven days to work comfortably.
Earlier planning generally provides more flexibility, especially during popular spring and autumn travel periods. Three to six months in advance can provide useful flexibility for group planning. April can be an excellent period for many student programmes, depending on the itinerary and regions visited.

Yes. Start and end cities, travel days and daily timings are all adjustable.
No. We are a Moroccan travel operator, not an academic institution. Credit remains entirely with your university.
Tell us during planning and we will raise it with the riads, hotels and desert camps on your route so meals can be arranged and confirmed before you travel. Vegetarian and common dietary needs are usually straightforward; allergies and stricter requirements need to be shared early so each property can confirm what it is able to do. We pass on exactly what you give us and confirm the arrangements in writing — we do not operate the kitchens ourselves, so we do not claim allergen-free preparation.
No previous experience is normally expected for the beginner-level desert activities we arrange — participants are shown how the machine works and ride with a local guide leading the group. Exact conditions vary by activity and operator, including minimum ages and whether a participant drives alone or rides with a guide, so these are confirmed with the operator when the activity is arranged for your dates. Anyone who prefers not to take part can join the same outing by 4x4 instead.
We work backwards from the group. First the size and dates are established, then the itinerary and the transport it requires, then accommodation along the route, then the activities and any adjustments the group needs. Arrival and departure logistics are coordinated around your flights, and the whole programme is confirmed with the group coordinator before travel. Every element is agreed in advance rather than arranged on the day, and one named contact manages the programme on the ground.
